Here is what to expect:

  • You will receive an email shortly letting you know we received your request
  • We will review your port details to ensure we have the information we need
  • We will submit the port to your old carrier and update you if further information is needed
  • We will update you via email with any questions and progress
  • We will notify you when the numbers have ported

 

Please keep in mind, porting can take anywhere from two days to a few weeks, depending on the completeness of the information we have and the responsiveness of the carrier we are porting from.
