The Text Campaign Registry has finally started enforcing compliance with their program which is causing outbound texts to fail for some customers. This is a large industry upheaval and is unrelated to RingRx’s service or oversight. Any customer having problems with outbound texting should review our material on the subject, which you can find here. If you are experiencing problems sending texts (inbound texting should not be affected) then you should fill out the TCR application asap. You can find that here. Once your application is received, we will submit it to TCR promptly. Unfortunately, TCR does not give us any firm commitment as to turnaround time. But based on our observations, it can be anywhere from a couple days up to 10 days. Its very important to fill the form out as accurately as possible to avoid rejections. Please review the FAQ carefully to ensure you understand the process. This is a very unfortunate development- RingRx does not agree with this new process and have challenged the organization on its legality and appropriateness. Regardless, its best for our customers to proceed with the program and we encourage you to do so.
